Invasion is coming next week, so I believe people will be starting to come back to play WoW again. We will probably be discussing raiding changes soon, so if you have an opinion or so, do voice it to the Guild Leaders (aka Ceci, Alex or me). We will probably taking roll-calls soon, to at least get an idea what class people will be playing, so we can see how many tanks/healers we have.
We've a lot of newcomers for the Legion raids. Also there's a lot of class changes and stuff. We will probably run some raid evaluation after some attempts in normal raid.
Regarding last season, as usual we are always lacking in the DPS area. We have a few strong dps, a lot of moderate dps, and a few weak dps. We generally don't have enough "strong dps". If you got a lot of "strong dps", at least the weaker players can take turns sitting out and everybody will eventually get their ahead-of-the-curve achivement , but unfortunately our bulk of our dps is moderate dps, some weaker players never got the chance of the ahead-of-the-curve achievement. This is unfortunate. Last season, we were without our 2 epic healers. but most of the healers are at least moderate, so it roughly worked out. Tanking was in general good which made healing easier.
